Behind the Scenes

Building Before the Event Begins

An event may look like a few days on the calendar to the people attending it.

But behind those days are weeks and months of planning, coordination, development, communication, testing, and problem-solving.

Working on IdeaX 2026 has given me the opportunity to experience that side of technology firsthand.

Instead of only participating in an event, I am now involved in helping build the systems and processes that allow the event itself to happen.

Active Reflection

What I'm Learning

This experience is teaching me that building technology for a real event is different from building a normal personal project.

There are real users, deadlines, teams, changing requirements, operational constraints, and many moving pieces that need to work together.
